• Rittenhouse — 100-proof bonded rye — high alcohol carries flavor through stirred drinks. Classic Manhattan/Brooklyn workhorse. Used in: Bensonhurst, Double Rye Manhattan
• Rittenhouse 100 proof — Same as Rittenhouse — 100-proof bonded. Spicy, robust, holds up in cocktails with strong modifiers. Used in: Little Italy
• Sazerac — Aged 6 yr, lower proof than Rittenhouse. Softer rye — less spice-forward. Used in: Double Rye Manhattan
• Jaywalk Bonded Straight Rye — Bottled-in-bond Pennsylvania-style rye, grain-forward and dry. Toby Cecchini reaches for it solo where he used to split Overholt + Rittenhouse. Used in: Other Boulevardier
